When You Arrive
The evening begins with a Stein Haus favorite, the Double Barrel Old Fashioned,
created with both Cask House Bourbon & Rye — a drink that has been a hit since the moment Joe introduced it.

As the Evening Unfolds
Chef Judy and her team are building some delicious food pairings throughout the evening,
starting with a charcuterie board while you enjoy your Double Barrel.
As the evening progresses, each featured pour will be paired with a thoughtfully prepared course designed to highlight different flavor profiles and finishes.
- Welcome & First Pour: Charcuterie board with smoked meats, cheeses, candied salmon, and shrimp cocktail
- Second Pour: Smoked wings with house made sauces
- Third Pour: House-smoked ribs with roasted Brussels sprouts and garlic smashed potatoes
- Throughout the Evening: Fresh-baked crostinis with whipped goat cheese, hot honey, roasted tomato, and basil
- To Finish: Dark chocolate turtle with pecans and salted caramel
- Nightcap: Queens to Manhattan — a signature Stein Haus cocktail to close the evening, paired with the desert

Throughout the evening, you’ll experience a mix of guided tastings, signature cocktails,
and a few extra touches that make this night something special.
Both signature cocktails will be introduced by Joe, with a walkthrough of how they’re made
and why each ingredient was chosen.
